New pinterest recipe

I've been trying to branch out and make a recipe from pinterest once a week or so.  A couple weeks ago, I saw this pin for a cool looking chicken casserole thing. (shown below).  It looked like a fairly decent meal with meat and veggies, really easy to make, and supposedly good for funerals and babies.  I decided that it seemed like a good thing to try so today was the trial day.

A pinner says: A friend of mine brought me this when I had surgery. Now it is my "go to" dish for taking to people who have had babies, surgery, etc. 4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
First off, let me give you the recipe.  There wasn't a title on this dish, so I shall call it "Baby Chicken"

Baby Chicken

Ingredients:
4-6 raw chicken breasts
new potatoes
green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too).
Italian dressing mix
stick of butter

Directions:
Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

I made it using 3 hugemongous chicken breasts that I cut in half and placed in the pan, canned green beans that I had in the pantry, and used regular Idaho potatoes instead of the fancy red ones shown in the picture up top.  I also added garlic to the top of all the chicken breasts, because...I like garlic. So mine looked like this:
My oven is a little weird on timing so I initially placed in the oven for 50 minutes to check it, left it for the hour and then put it back in for an additional 10 minutes because the potatoes were still pretty hard.
Here's what it looks like- no different than the initial picture. Just hotter, which is obviously visible...
Overall, I give the recipe a C+.  It's not bad at all, it really is typical "church potluck" food.  Definitely something to bring to an event like that, but not necessarily something I plan on eating very often with mi familia.  Everything else I've tried has been super amazing, it was time for one to be fairly normal on the impressive scale.
